The Role

As a Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of our systems and processes. You will work closely with various teams to identify performance bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement improvements.

The Main Responsibilities

- Monitor System Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of various systems and processes, using performance monitoring tools. Identify any areas where performance could be improved.

- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends and patterns. Use this data to create comprehensive reports on system performance, highlighting any areas of concern.

- Performance Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in systems and processes. Propose and implement solutions to improve performance. This could involve making changes to software code, upgrading hardware, or altering business processes.

- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to performance metrics, issues, and improvements. This includes creating performance benchmarks, writing performance improvement proposals, and maintaining records of performance-related changes.

- Performance Audits: Conduct regular performance audits of various systems and processes. Provide recommendations for improvements based on these audits.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on performance-related topics. This could include training on how to use performance monitoring tools, or providing support when performance issues arise.

- Project Management: Manage multiple performance improvement projects simultaneously. This includes planning projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

What We Look For in a Candidate

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Performance Management or a related area.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$63980 – $85300 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$67340 – $89780 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$70710 – $94270 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$74070 – $98760 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
