Job Description

The HR Operations Analyst is generally responsible for the day-to-day HR Operations activities including HR systems administration, data management and reporting. Routine responsibilities primarily include accurate and timely data processing, auditing, reporting and end-user support. This role will be familiar with key HR operational processes with a focus on efficiencies and end user experience. The HR Operations Analyst will support managers and employees across the organization and will establish close working relationships with HR, Payroll and technical colleagues.

What You’ll Do:

+ Manage end-to-end HR operational proceses through our HR systems. Process a variety of HR transactions including onboarding, job changes, personal changes and offboarding activities.

+ Action ongoing HCM application management including data and position management, through various organizational initiatives and changes.

+ Ensure data integrity and compliance in our HR systems. Review HR data for accuracy, completeness and consistency through audits and validation. Identify and resolve data gaps and quality issues.

+ Resolve discrepancy and error reports from integrations within our HR systems.

+ Support employee related inquiries using knowledge of our HR business processes, systems, policies and applicable HR laws.

+ Provide end-user support to HR systems to build expertise and promotion adoption of HR systems.

+ Generate HR data reports on schedule or ad hoc. Create deliverables using data visualization to present data in an engaging way with meaningful insights that can be used for decision making.

+ Load mass data updates with templates and tools in HR systems

+ Assist with HR system testing and release cycles adopting new functionality.

+ Support HR activities and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or a related field

+ Previous HR transactional experience with a high level of detail and accuracy

+ Experience working in a customer service environment

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve data inconsistencies

+ Strong skills in MS Office including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)

+ Knowledge of programming applications a strong plus

+ Experience in Workday strongly preferred

+ Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information

+ Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication

+ Ability to sit or stand at a desk, type and visually use a computer for prolonged periods of time

+ Ability to communicate on a telephone and in group meetings on a computer

+ May be required to lift up to 20 pounds and operate printers and other office equipment.

Pay Range:

$55,335.00-$83,055.00 Annual
