Position Summary:

ADM is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning leader to join our Global Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Plan to Deliver Global Process Owner (GPO), this role ideally will be based in Erlanger, KY, with flexibility to work from other ADM offices.

We are looking for leaders that continuously demonstrate the ability to successfully implement Supply Chain Planning processes, act as a Product Owner, serve as the voice of the business, and drive end-to-end processes and solutions in partnership with Global Technology, ultimately providing feedback back to the business and global transformation organization.

Responsibilities:

The Planning Process Owner is a Global Supply Chain Planning Leader who will oversee process definition, functional planning, scheduling design, implementation, and training across platforms such as SAP S4 HANA, PPDS, IBP, and others. This role includes leading projects, mapping, discovery, and implementation across all businesses and facilities within the ADM network.

A successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

+ Develop deep expertise into ADM SAP and APS design, able to support decisions and implementation in different business units

+ Translates expectations of the business into a clear format that drives system functionality

+ Prioritizes functionality needs based on business value and risks

+ Prepare process, functional documentation, requirements for Planning and scheduling

+ Translates Global Process Owner vision into actionable tasks in collaboration with scrum team

+ Reviews, verifies, and signs-off on system features to ensure the solution meets business needs

+ Defines goals and priorities of implementation increments (phases), in partnership with scrum team

+ Work with our data team to create analytics and innovative solutions that can unlock capacity and reduce cost in our operations

+ Support on KPI definition and metrics creation aligned with business strategy which supports business optimization

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Management, Engineering, Technology or a related field (or equivalent degree) and 8+ years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Planning. Master’s degree preferred.

+ Experience working with SAP and/or other Advanced Planning System such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, etc.

+ Deep knowledge of Supply and Demand Planning, scheduling and recognized as an expert in one or more planning dimensions (Supply Planning, Scheduling, inventory planning, integrated business planning (S&OP)

+ Experience in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry preferred

+ Experience with

+ Project Management

+ ERP implementation

+ Change Management

+ Finance/budget controls

+ ASCM (APICS) Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification (CSCP), ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), and/or SCPro Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) preferred

Languages:

+ Fluent in English

Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50% with some international travels
