We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to develop hardware interfacing solutions. This role involves creating drawings, developing requirements, integrating, and prototyping, as well as supporting test capability development through the creation of system wiring diagrams. The successful candidate will work on system interfaces, collaborating with various engineers to prototype, integrate, and establish hardware solutions for the sustainment of fleet assets. Additionally, the role requires providing system wiring updates, changes to systems engineers, and reviewing changes in Cameo systems modeler. Developing wiring diagrams in Solid Edge is also a part of the job responsibilities.

Ideal Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years experience in hardware interfacing

+ Wiring diagram development using Solid Edge or other 3D CAD modeling software

+ Understanding of electrical and digital circuit concepts and analysis

+ Experience with electronic circuit design – mixed signal

+ Full life cycle development experience

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Months.

Work Site – Crane, IN (ON-SITE)

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bloomfield, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position is onsite within an engineering development office and occasionally in a test lab, as part of a division with over 100 engineers
