We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in Interior Design to support our growing Workplace Solutions team. This job role will require you to develop innovative and efficient design solutions and execute all phases of a project to meet project requirements and client expectations. The ideal candidate will confidently lead all design efforts on a project, including programming and concept design for space planning projects, furniture specification projects and finish selection projects. Interpret and translate client and brand needs into rough plans and design. Set costs and project fees according to budget. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. Produce mood boards and finish palettes. Supervise work progress. Work closely with designers, architects, engineers and contractors. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices. On-site construction supervision and project management. Maintain strong client relationships. Field measure and create as-built files for project use. Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials. Participate in research, selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment. Work with multidisciplinary teams in design, documentation, and construction administration. What sets you apart. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent 3+ years of related experience in Office Design NCIDQ certification, pursuing or currently certified, preferred AutoCAD proficiency required Proficient in SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs to create 3D renderings Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of Revit software Knowledge of Adobe software Knowledgeable in drafting methodology and standards. Design skills including space plan layout, lighting, materials selection, and furniture specification. Communication and presentation skills Project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
