We are looking to add a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to our esteemed client’s non-profit organization. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and processing payroll and related financial duties in a timely and accurate manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to utilize their skills in an established non-profit setting.

Responsibilities:

+ Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.

+ Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

+ Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.

+ Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.

+ Process accurate and timely year-end reporting (W-2, etc.).

+ Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.

Requirements:

+ A minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, OR a relevant educational background with at least 3 years of related experience.

+ Familiarity with payroll processes, including tax and legal regulations.

+ Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

+ Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

+ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
