+ We are hiring immediately for a full time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE position.

+ Schedule: Full time; Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

+ Requirement: Experience with Microsoft Suites, Event Planning and Client Interaction.

+ Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Provide support in a multitude of way to a Company executive in order to enhance the Companyâ??s effectiveness and best service Company clients and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

+ Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

+ Attend meetings in the executive’s absence and delivering and receiving messages on executiveâ??s behalf.

+ Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.

+ Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

+ Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.

+ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

+ Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

+ Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.

+ Secures information by completing data base backups.

+ Maintains and verifies office supplies inventory.

+ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

+ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
