Looking for ppl to have hands on knowledge of SF and certs, knowledge of how SF architecture is built — understand business needs and define solutions. Work through building solutions. SF background is important. Working closely with sales marketing teams and business teams. Troubleshooting, POCs, mockups not hands on development but hands up with Salesforce. Und SF infrastructure and building solutions in SF.

Skills and Requirements

-6-8+ years of exp in a SF BA role

Has done Min 3-4 salesforce application implementations - full end to end — on sales cloud, service cloud, or health cloud

-from requirements gathering through rollout

Understand how CTI works through sales or service cloud engagement process - must have done at least 1 implementation with CTI

- CXOne/Genesys/Five9- understand from functional side how they work with salesforce

elicitation exp - strong and can drive the business requirements gathering analysis and solutioning

Agile environment and end to end Agile process how to create backlogs, groom features, create user stories, push to sprint

-SF implementation experience fronting a SF implementation project (understanding how things are built) +Healthcare background

+health cloud

+Certifications — Salesforce BA cert or admin cert — highly preferred

+hands on technical null
