Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive analyses and risk assessments related to insurance matters for commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with individual investor guides, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, applicable laws, and mortgage documents.
• Monitor and manage insurance compliance for properties used as collateral by various lenders and investors.
• Handle insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, appraisal review, and related correspondence.
• Collaborate with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and management of insurance-related matters.
• Protect the interests of investors by acting in a timely, efficient, and responsible manner.

• Industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and articulate risks clearly.
• Excellent character and professionalism, with a history of tenure in previous jobs, community involvement/volunteering, humility, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a wide variety of tasks that may change daily.
