POSITION PURPOSE:
North Wind Group, a CIRI Company, is seeking a full-time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our North Wind Group in an effective and efficient manner. This in-person position is located in our Idaho Falls, ID office.
The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will provide general office support with a variety of clerical duties and related tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and direct guests and visitors to the company.
Light travel to complete weekly company and office errands.
Answer incoming calls & faxes, and direct to appropriate employees.
Take detailed messages and forward to appropriate employees.
Receive, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and office supplies.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain general filing system.
Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to various departments as needed and requested, such as entering expense reports and travel authorizations, billing tasks, travel arrangements, and other.
Directly and effectively communicate any requests, issues and reports to Office Manager.
Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and stocking kitchens, conference rooms, and break rooms.
Organize and execute daily, weekly, and monthly office activities in collaboration with Office Manager.
Support corporate event planning as needed.
Perform closing duties each day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to utilize multiple word-processing and database applications including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Teams (including Teams Phone), as well as Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Excellent proofreading and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff, clients, associates, and vendors.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond effectively and sensitively to questions from clients, managers, staff, and the general public.
High degree of sensitivity regarding confidential client and employee information.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and make decisions, solve problems, exercise good judgment, work under pressure, work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload.
Special Requirements:

Preference given to applicants with 5 or more years of experience, of relevant experience and/or training,. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High Scholl diploma or equivalent (GED)
1 to 2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
