Job Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately, and delivered to required areas in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
Perform component and material movements both physically and systematically in a timely manner and in accordance to priority level.
Perform transaction requests made by Kit Assembly and Production Filling as described in approved official documents.
Place materials on hold.
Deliver production supplies and materials.
Maintain proper inventory levels by identifying, labeling, and placing materials or supplies in stock; recording new location of inventory, if applicable.
Receive finished kits and components from Kit Assembly/Production Filling by verifying material number, lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
Assist in the coordination and flow of product through Production Filling and Kit Assembly.
Document material and supply disposition by recording units delivered and location of units both physically and systematically.
Deliver retains and QC test kits to appropriate locations.
Perform cycle counting of components and materials related to Kit Assembly and Production Filling as required.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Scrap inventoried products in accordance with established guidelines.
Participate in maintaining the cleanliness of the organization, and general maintenance of the work area to assure a safe and efficient environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory work areas.
Requisition supplies as needed to perform job functions on a timely basis.
