Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE

The Project Administrator (IT Customer Experience) plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up. Assists in development of presentations. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
Summary / Responsibilities:
* Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
* Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
* Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project.
* Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
* Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel / resources.
* Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel / resources.
* Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
* Adheres to standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
* Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required.
* Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
* Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve / escalate problems.
* Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
* Monitors project results against technical and customer specifications.
* Develops and maintains technical and project documentation.
* Develops quality assurance test plans.
* Directs quality assurance testing.
* Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.

Qualifications:
Experience:
* 2+ years experience directly related to Information Technology, knowledge of the methods and techniques of information technology, including some systems analysis and design, telecommunications, computer operations and project management preferred.
* Expertise with Microsoft Office and other desktop systems.

Education/Licensing/Certification:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
* Demonstrated skill in the successful completion of multiple, simultaneous and rapidly emergent tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
* Ability to analyze operations and organize their parts into a logical system.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, business units, vendors, suppliers and customers.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Effective oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
