About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Product Marketing team is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to create and execute marketing operations strategies to drive internal efficiencies and effectiveness in alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with the SVP of Product Marketing and other leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve team culture and employee engagement.


What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement reporting mechanisms and templates for teams to share their marketing results for business

  • meetings, facilitating transparency and data-driven decision-making.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively communicating and influencing across

  • executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Assurance/Quality Control processes are in place to guarantee the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Partner with the Marketing SVP to manage the content and presentations for team offsite events, ensuring alignment with

  • strategic goals and fostering team engagement. Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and

  • optimize campaigns for better ROI.

  • Ensure goals are aligned and reported on in a timely manner.

  • Key requirement is to work with the SVP on the Team Culture

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address cultural challenges and opportunities.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the team.

  • Foster open communication and feedback loops among team members.

  • Measure the impact of cultural initiatives and report on progress to senior management.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in team culture and organizational behavior.


  • What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 + years’ experience in product marketing operations or equivalent practical experience.

  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed, multi-functional

  • team

  • Strong written and verbal communicator, ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep complexity and ambiguity
