As our social lead, this role serves as the brand custodian and social champion, driving social strategy and execution that showcases our milestones and thought leadership throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Office of Equality social strategy and editorial calendars across X and LinkedIn.

Lead day-to-day execution of social media calendar and audience engagement, from ideation to publication and community management.

Write copy for the Office of Equality social media channels and lead the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns

Develop social plans for major product launches, events, and initiatives.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and execute on social campaigns, including events, content, and creative teams that integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Work with external influencers on marketing campaigns and elevate stories that showcase how Business can be a Platform for Change.

Run reports and track metrics on social media performance, consistently providing recommendations and updates

Stay up-to-date on the ever-evolving social landscape to identify trends, news, innovations and cultural information.

Build relationships with Employee Resource Groups to enhance content and storytelling.

Experience/Skills Required:

2+ years experience running social media marketing for a large brand.

Deep working knowledge of social best practices across popular social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Excellent writing skills and ability to craft messaging in short and long form for a variety of channels

Examples of work demonstrating the ability to create high-quality and engaging social media content and campaigns.

Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.

Knowledge of digital media tools - digital photography, basic Photoshop/photo editing skills, Canva, knowledge of apps commonly used for creating social content; Video creation/editing skills are a bonus.
