Job Description
Flextronics International USA, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking Business Systems Analyst: Responsible for exploring, planning, and conducting the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardized leading-edge solutions. System implementations to overcome organizational challenges. Provide technical assistance identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements. Create specifications and direct translations of functions to be automated, including complete systems design. Design frameworks and processes, troubleshoot technical malfunctions, risk research, and delivering solutions that are viable and consistent. Establish close communication strategy with stakeholders and provide consulting activities to end-users to guarantee correct system implementations and procedures of proposed solutions.
