As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you play a pivotal role in our customer journey. Your mission is to provide strategic support from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring white-glove service for our growing enterprise customer base. Here's how:
Discovery and Solutions:
o Assist with discovery, mapping workflows, and setting up proof of concepts.
o Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams.
o Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions.
Post-Sale Support:
o Support renewal conversations and cross-sell deals.
o Provide tier 3 escalations for customer support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Share industry trends, competitive intelligence, and account insights with internal teams to refine solution messaging
Develop and conduct product enablement sessions
Work closely with Product Management to convey customer and market needs to influence product enhancements and new development
Partner with Product Management to scope and build sales content and talk tracks
Partner with Product Analytics to develop pre-sales sales tools using product analytics
Conduct discovery sessions focused on uncovering customer needs, pain points, and desired outcomes; utilize strategic questioning frameworks to guide conversations
Map customer goals and requirements to company solutions; highlight areas where offerings provide the most business value
Develop value hypothesis and business case models quantifying the potential ROI for recommendations
Create customized solution workflows, test plans, and presentations tailored to customer's business goals
Present solutions and business case to customer stakeholders
Ensure smooth and successful implementation of solutions
Conduct account reviews with customers to track and quantify business outcomes achieved by solutions
Provide product support post-sale (customer support tier 3 escalations)
Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of assigned product lineQualifications
Must be detail oriented, able to flush out complete requirements in support of solution development and delivery.
* Aptitude for solving complex problems and a strong troubleshooting skills
* Process oriented with great documentation skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering degree or equivalent
* 2+ years of data analysis in a sales, sales support role, or equivalent experience in customer-facing role
* Must possess strong presentation skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels
* Highly proficient with PPT, Excel and related analytical tools (Python, SQL, R, AWS)
* Aptitude for solving complex problems and a strong analytical aptitude
* Organized and should have presence of mind, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
* Provide feedback to both product management and senior sales management on returned assessments to ensure sales training effectiveness and product quality
Bonus Skills
* 2-5+ years of SQL experience in relational database (MySQL, SQL Server, or Snowflake)
* 3+ years of ETL tool experience (Python, Alteryx, etc.)
* 3+ years of BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Additional Information
