Position Purpose: Provide daily order support to customer in key areas during order execution and installation. Position will also provide added support to Fleet Account Managers and Production Coordinators.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Position will serve as primary point of communication for all incoming installation status inquiries for Truck Pool, Fleet and Industrial Product accounts. Managing the Fleetstatus@Knapheide.com email inbox will be a top priority.
* Will manage the production scheduling and order status of all local installations through distributor channels.
* Will manage the daily release of Second Stage MSO as requested or required by Knapheide customers.
* Work closely with Fleet Management Companies executing daily order status updating to ensure accuracy of order tracking and system updating.
* Manage release of Pool Delivery Receipts to customers as requested and archiving in Knapheide system.
* Responsible for establishing and maintaining all automated customer status reporting and date change reporting.
* Manage reporting and follow up with Fleet Account Managers to identify and secure orders for chassis received not tied to open orders.
Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned or required while in this position.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Two or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
General working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
