About the Team:
FIS is looking for an Integration Consultant to join our Integration Management Office. As an Integration Consultant, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team supporting company initiatives. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do.

This role will be part of the Integration Management Office (IMO). The IMO's primary objective is to deliver a smooth, successful integration of corporate acquisitions by ensuring program-wide synergy execution, providing visibility, and facilitating resource utilization and cross-initiative collaboration. The IMO is actively engaged on several divestitures and acquisitions including Worldpay, Payrix, Bond Financial Technologies, Inc., and strategic initiatives including the Headcount Control Tower (HCT).

What You Will Be Doing:

High-level objectives of the team include:
* Ensure consistency in synergy reporting and taxonomy.
* Provide program-wide visibility of integration status to executive management.
* Steer organization to deploy resources against most pressing integration related activities.
* Provide structure and oversight for successful management of integration activities.
* Ensure accountability and cooperation among synergy owners and equip them with necessary tools to drive and delivery synergy plans on behalf of the organization.

Examples of the scope of activities for this role are:
* Owner and source-of-truth for all integration related reporting.
* Arbiter of resource allocation decisions.
* Rigor test content and targets delivered by teams.
* Identify cross-team interdependencies and manage issue resolution.
* Ability to act as consultant, facilitator, communicator, project manager, coach, and bridge builder to create the connective tissue between two businesses

What You Bring:
* 5+ years of experience delivering strategy, process, and execution plans
* Strong understanding and knowledge of FIS' matrix
* Proven ability to put the machinery and structure into place for clear assignments, timelines, and coordinated meeting schedules, communication mechanisms and review processes
* Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate people to algin on a common direction and strategy
* Ability to think like an entrepreneur. Innovation comes in a few guises: Operations, IT, product and services, management function or business models.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
