General Manager

OTTO’s opportunity:
Our General Manager is responsible for strategic direction and management to include Sales, Engineering and Quality Assurance. Member of OTTO’s Senior executive management team that develops, plans, and directs strategies for the direction and administration of OTTO’s business activities.
Specifically, the General Manager will:
- Responsible for profitability, growth and strategic direction
- Manages a staff of Directors and Managers to achieve objectives
- Functional resource for subordinate staff
- Development of long and short range business plans
- Establish and manage budget and operational objectives
- Nourish and lead employee centric Corporate culture/environment
- Assist with other related duties or assigned
