JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design, develop, and test the manufacture of electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
* Evaluate the cost effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain design models.
* Estimate time and cost to complete projects.
* Simulate and test machine/structure/system operation.
* Investigate and test vendors" and competitors" products.
* Developing systems to test new NPI components or test field return ECMs , Displays, and Sensors.
* Responsible for coordinating the verification & validation activities on changes for previous and current production Electrical systems.
* Responsible for documenting test results and communicating them to the teams or suppliers.
* Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of test activities with internal and external test resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 5-7 years related experience
* Experience with lab equipment - Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Operational Amplifiers.
* Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) tool/process
* Experience with Failure Mode Effect & Root Cause Analysis (FMEA) process
* Good documentation and presentation skills using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
* Knowledge and experience with connectivity/telematics technologies
* Experience with Operating Systems: MS Windows 7,8,10, UNIX, Ubuntu
* Canalyzer
