Position Details
Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel (Real Estate), the Manager, Information Governance will be responsible for developing and executing records and information management strategy for the organization. You will be accountable for the individual performance and results of the Records and Information Management department. This includes the administration of company-wide policy and procedure, negotiation and implementation of equipment, software, and services to ensure policy compliance.
Compensation
This position is Exempt and will pay between $93,000.00 and $154,900.00. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus of 15% of base compensation. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity.
You Will

Drive global implementation & compliance with US and International legal regulations, business requirements and privacy laws.
Direct operations that include records governance, records management, electronic information and image management, and corporate history/archives management to ensure information is managed efficiently and effectively.
Create and implement procedures to ensure Company information is retained in compliance with legal regulations and business needs while mitigating risk of exposure and storage and maintenance cost.
Manage the capture, storage and destruction of confidential company records at multiple record centers within a set budget.
Process off-site commercial records center invoices within SAP.
Ensure records are destroyed in compliance with company policy to mitigate storage costs while decreasing legal risk.
Supervise the conversion of paper documents into electronic images when appropriate.
Develop entry level Records Center staff.
Develop and delivers training on handling paper records in compliance with company policy.
Assist in preparing yearly budgets for off-site records storage and supplies.
Produce records in response to litigation and audit activities.
Extract and collates statistical data for reporting to Information Governance Manager.
Monitor records center security, ensuring secure storage of confidential information 24/7.
Be responsible for collecting, cataloging, preserving, and displaying historical artifacts.
You Have
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
Electronic Records Management Master (ERMM) certification preferred.
Data Privacy Certification preferred.
7+ years Records Management experience.
Strong cross-functional, interpersonal, and organizational leadership skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to translate strategy to action.
