Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a proactive and organized Learning Program Delivery Associate to join our Crowe University team. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-3 years of work experience who are fast learners and have a knack for technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, compliance, and logistical aspects of delivering high-quality internal training programs, primarily through live virtual delivery (webcast).

Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Support the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring adherence to processes and due dates.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project management of live learning events, with a focus on virtual webinars.
Technology Management: Set up, host, and manage technology-enabled learning programs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry and organizational compliance requirements, including, but not limited to NASBA Continuing Professional Education.
Learning Management System (LMS): Manage registration and CPE issuance within the LMS.
Communication: Communicate and manage participant expectation, registration, attendance requirements, and prerequisites.
Facilitator Support: Educate facilitators on the effective use of technologies and instructional methods.
Event Production: Produce webinars and manage instructors and all in-event logistics, including troubleshooting during events.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with subject matter experts, partners, and directors across the firm to deliver effective training solutions.

Fast Learner with Technological Aptitude: Quickly grasps new concepts, processes, and technology with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Resourcefulness and Continuous Improvement: Creative in utilizing available resources and operates with a continuous improvement mindset regarding processes and policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $24.73 to $46.11 per hour.
