Responsible to ensure that product meets company specifications, ensure that job duties that affect safety, legality and quality standards are addressed. Perform duties and tasks routinely, adapts techniques to meet special needs, and apply basic skills.

Responsibilities:
Monitors quality of product prior to packaging.
Reports any product anomalies or issues, to Lead.
Removes product from line that is out of specification.
Discards scrap product properly by separating clam shells from finished product into appropriate trash bins.
Monitors packaging equipment making sure it is running properly and at accurate speeds. Reports line operating issues to Lead/Supervisor for immediate repair.
Discards scrap product properly by separating clam shells from finished product into appropriate trash bins.
Assists with all packaging re work.
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
One year related experience and/or training
Experience in food manufacturing is preferred

Shift:1st,5:45am-4:15pm
