Program Manager, Medical Group Business Operations
The Medical Group Program Manager supports the Endeavor Health Medical Group management team by leading high-value projects in the Medical Group. The Medical Group Program Manager will utilize a standard project management framework to lead project teams from project intake to implementation, with an emphasis on driving results and 'getting things done.' They will work within the Medical Group Business Operations structure to ensure appropriate performance measurement processes are established to track outcomes. The Program Manager will work in collaboration with Medical Group Operations Leaders, Physician Leaders, and other business support departments.

Location: Evanston, IL and Warrenville, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours
Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations will be required
What you will do:
Responsible for managing a subset of high-value strategic projects that support the goals and objectives of Endeavor Health Medical Group (EHMG) Leadership
Program Managers support the business objectives and goals of the Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents of Primary Care and Specialty Care
Manages projects utilizing a set of standard tools and methodologies, thereby instilling a common project management discipline across the Medical Group
Drives project and process improvement work from project kick-off through implementation, and works within the EHMG Business Operations org structure to establish ongoing performance measurement to track progress/success
Establishes a regular meeting cadence and check-in system with project teams to ensure the project plan is being executed on, and timelines are being met
Escalates and communicates issues appropriately to drive projects forward on schedule
Partners with Medical Group operations leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders to establish project objectives that are aligned with Medical Group goals
Works with project teams to develop KPIs for ongoing performance measurement
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer and Information Science, Engineering, or other healthcare related degree, required. Master's degree, preferred
Certification: Professional certifications in the areas of Project Management and Process Improvement, preferred. (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)
Experience: 3+ years of project management and process improvement experience within a healthcare setting, required
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Comfortable leading project work across teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
Demonstrates strong analytical reasoning skills, problem solving, and decision making
Works effectively with others to solve complex problems
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to provide feedback when needed
Experience and interest in developing strategies that help drive operational performance
Effective communication skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and present written materials
