Due to customer connectivity, we require this role to be based in Charlotte, NC.

The primary responsibility of the Associate Customer Sales Manager (ACSM) is to provide business insights and recommendations through data analysis to the Mid-Atlantic Customer Business Team. The ACSM supports the identification and exploration of new and existing business opportunities and communicates findings to customer-facing team members, ensuring that customer, consumer, and internal Kraft Heinz information is leveraged to improve performance and results. The ACSM is an information expert and highly skilled in the application of analytical tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
Data Reporting and Analysis - 70%
Analyzes raw and syndicated data leading to key insights and business recommendations on the key sales metrics of distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotion.
Develop & build impactful customer-specific selling stories that reflect key category initiatives for team.
Support Customer Business Team (Associate Director/Customer Sales Managers) with category insights and recommendations.
Collaborates across total customer business team to monitor internal reporting, forecasting, and trade control on specific categories.

Customer-Facing Support - 30%
Manages a retailer HQ callselling key priorities on distribution, innovation, and merchandising for a desk size of $20-$30M in net revenue.
Customer facing reporting on managed specific categories.

Expected Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an analytical support role
Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Experience prioritizing and performing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detailLocation(s)Employee's Home - Geo

Base Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $106,800.00Target Total Cash Range: $106,750.00 - $133,500.00
Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
