About The Role:

To help us in this mission, we are seeking a like-minded property technology professional to join our senior leadership team. Reporting into the Global CX/TX Lead, this role will be focused on driving operational change and Customer Experience (CS) across our Property Management business.

As the Host Powered by VTS Lead, you will be responsible for bringing CBRE’s strategy with VTS to life within the Property Management (PM) business around the world. You will use your understanding of the PM business and clients, along with your expert knowledge of technology as an enabler of business outcomes, to grow the use of VTS with existing and new clients.

What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy

+ Develop, implement and manage PMs Host Digital Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Operating Guidelines for the Host Digital Product Suite.

+ Work collaboratively with the Product Management, PM D&T, Business Transformation, Data and Insights and Client Solutions teams to represent Host Digital Products as part of key strategic PM initiatives, including but not limited to: MFH/Residential, Flex/Co-Working, Industrial, Retail, Life Sciences, CMMS, Premier Properties, Workplace, Global Pulse, Property Central, PM Tenant Portal, PMDM, etc.

+ Maintain relationships with internal collaborators, particularly PM Market Leads, PMs, FMs, Client Care/Services, Client Solutions, GWS, Workplace and Brokerage.

+ Partner with the PM Business, Global Product Management, Business Transformation, PM D&T and Client Solutions team on the feasibility of new product and service development, new sector/market entry and the integration of various technologies in connection with the PM D&T ecosystem and client S.M.A.R.T. Building ecosystem using partners like Deepki, MRI, Yardi, Salesforce, etc.

Product Execution

+ Coordinate the deployment, implementation, reporting, support and success of the Host Digital Product(s), including the recruitment, selection, retention and engagement of Host Digital, D&T, Business Systems Admin and Market/Business Ops team members.

Client Solutions & Innovation

+ Work in conjunction with the Client Solutions and Market Leaders on relevant strategic client pursuits as SME and support the Global Host Client Solutions Leads on relevant pursuits and Sales Pipeline management.

+ Maintain and foster relationships with PMs largest strategic clients, including representation on product roadmap and innovation forums, thought leadership and product demonstrations relating to S.M.A.R.T. Building/Digital Services and PropTech.

VTS Relationship Management

+ Manage and collaborate with our strategic external partner VTS (and other relevant strategic integration partners where appropriate) core to the Host Digital Product (incl. S.M.A.R.T. Buildings) service offering.

+ Bachelors Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

+ Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive approach.

Equal Pay Disclaimer

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Host Powered by VTS Lead is $175,000 – $200,000 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
