As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility in Freeport, Illinois. You will be responsible for ensuring that the production processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards. Your duties will involve supervising production teams, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Freeport, Illinois location. In this role, you will impact the production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery of products, and play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and manage production teams to ensure efficient and safe operations

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality standards

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement best practices

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000-$85,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
