The position requires role model leadership skills and extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and materials management. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities+ Multi-site manufacturing leader responsible for the operations performance of 5 factories
+ Drive the integration of intercompany operations to maximize output
+ Lead safety focused and compliant culture
+ Ensure world class quality and sustained continuous improvement
+ Achieve aggressive past due and inventory reduction
+ Personal accountability to key product launches and capacity to enable growth
+ Orchestrate rapid capacity expansion and reposition products with cross functional team
+ Champion continuous improvement projects and lean deployment/maturity
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Business management
+ 7+ years combined of Supply Chain, Operations, Business management or Manufacturing Engineering experience
+ Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
+ Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation.
+ Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.
+ Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions.
