As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility across shifts in Freeport, Illinois. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, managing resources, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Freeport, Illinois location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our operations. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency will be key to achieving our production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

+ Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime

+ Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and customer demands

+ Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,600-$95,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 3-plus years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

+ Outstanding communication skills

+ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles

WE VALUE

+ Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry

+ Experience coaching for performance

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
