As a Manufacturing Support Training Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of four trainers responsible for overseeing the training and development of manufacturing support personnel in our Freeport, Illinois location. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently by providing comprehensive training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Support Manager and you’ll work out of our site in Freeport, Illinois. In this role, you will impact the success of our manufacturing operations by:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing support personnel

+ Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives

+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

+ Provide ongoing coaching and support to manufacturing support personnel

+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,900-$79,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 3-plus years of experience in manufacturing support or related field

+ Strong knowledge of training and development principles

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field

+ Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

+ Experience in coaching and performance management

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

+ Six Sigma certification
