Pre-Sales, Clinical Architect- Hospital Patient Monitoring (Central Zone)

Job Description

The Clinical Architect utilizes their clinical knowledge and product expertise to serve as a customer advocate and recommend strategic and transformative solutions. The Clinical Architect is an expert at evaluating the customer’s current workflow to determine the appropriate solutions to maximize efficiencies and return on investment for the customer. The Clinical Architect collaborates with customers on technology and process changes and acts as the strategic clinical expert for the Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio.

Your role:

+ Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies for Philips’ to expand market share (installed base replacements and competitive conversions)

+ Developing relationships with customer’s key clinical stakeholders/sponsors/champions.

+ Design and deliver clinical workflow and technology evaluations that focus on optimization and a solution that matches customer KPIs. Also, own product/workflow demonstrations and evaluations.

+ Lead clinically-focused customer presentations that drive clinical benefits and strategy.

+ Collaborate with team on quoting the correct solutions based on the customer’s needs.

? You’re the right fit if:

+ Bachelors required, Masters preferred

+ Current RN or RRT licensure with 5+ years of experience in nursing leadership. Director level preferred.

+ Technical ability to understand and teach complex clinical solutions. Informatics experience preferred.

+ Ability to deliver executive level presentations, Previous sales experience preferred

+ Must be willing to travel approximately 50%

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $138,800 to $148,6000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
