Clinical Applications Consultant, PACS (National) 530954

As a PACS Application Consultant, you will serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation of our PACS solutions to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation.

Your role:

+ Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

+ Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer

+ Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution

+ Coaches and educates customers in the use of multiple solutions for complexsituations

+ Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions

+ Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate PACS application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

+ Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure

+ Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes

+ Active member of the application, education & Application communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned

+ Files required reports and consistently complies with all required Philips processes

You’re the right fit if:

+ 5+ years of PACS implementation experience required

+ AART/ASRT certifications highly-desired

+ Strong knowledge of various hospital workflows

+ Strong consultative personality and training background

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Experience of working in a production environment against prescribed Standard operating procedures.

+ Capacity to travel extensively.

+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remoteposition.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $80,500 to $138,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
