Digital consultants work with Protiviti’s clients, who are typically among the world’s leading companies. As a consultant, you collaborate with the team to deliver client solutions for complex business problems these organizations face. Digital consultants will experience a variety of projects. Each project experience is designed to fuel your curiosity, uncover hidden strengths, and most importantly, prepare you for the next career level. Consultants learn from the best management team in an effort to develop an understanding of business processes and build technical skills in general risk areas. Consultants compile and analyze data and document findings through client engagements. Through interaction with client and project team personnel, consultants develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional client service. A successful consultant learns effective time and task management, takes ownership of assignments, and accepts responsibility for team results.
With each project, you receive hands-on training in a nurturing environment and interact with leaders across our practice. Talent Managers will partner with you to line up specific project experiences that support your career goals, your skills, and the needs of the business. A network of advisors will help you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. Our Digital Solution works closely with clients to help attract and retain customers, develop new products, services, and strategies, and solve critical business challenges. Digital consultants will gain experience partnering with and advising clients on Customer and Digital Transformation Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Creative and Design, Content, Sales and Marketing Acceleration, and Digital Experience Platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS
+ Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Advertising, Business Technology, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields)
+ Visa Status: All applicants applying for U.S. job openings need authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
+ Technical Skills Desired:
+ Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
+ Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
+ Demonstrated ability and desire to research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters
+ Interest in sales, marketing, market research, campaign creation, copywriting, content ideation, storyboarding, creative storytelling, or experience design
+ Introductory knowledge of strategy consulting and transformation project risks and strategies for managing and mitigating them
+ A foundation of strategy, management, entrepreneurship, innovation and disruption, and business experience frameworks and concepts
+ Knowledge of marketing, strategic advertising, social media, design, and experience platforms
+ Familiarity with digital technologies, engineering, business intelligence and analytics frameworks, and concepts

OUR HYBRID WORKPLACE
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$65,000.00 – $85,000
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.$2,000
