We’re seeking a Director of IT for our Application Development Department to oversee software design and delivery, manage a team of developers, and implement strategic planning. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related field, proven experience in a similar leadership role, strong project management skills, understanding of coding languages and frameworks, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to align technological concepts with business objectives.

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

+ Proven work experience as an IT Director, senior-level Software Development Manager, or similar role.

+ Extensive experience in software and application development, including design, development, and implementation.

+ Familiarity with various operating systems and databases.

+ Exceptional knowledge of coding languages and modern application frameworks.

+ Strong project management and leadership skills.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to translate complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
