The newly created school-dedicated curriculum development team will focus on enhancements to our curriculum as identified by teachers and administrators at one of our Connections Academy schools. The intent of the team is twofold: first for our customers to participate in our development cycle and get immediate value from enhancements that will save them time better spent on building relationships with students and differentiating instruction; and second for our PVS teams to build relationships with our schools, understand their problems and opportunities, and appreciate how they are using our curriculum. The team is comprised of a product manager, a solutions manager, content developers, an assurance analyst, a content architecture and integration analyst, and an instructional designer.

Role Description:

Working from home or from one of Pearson’s US-based offices, the secondary math content developer is responsible for writing, reviewing, and revising curriculum, instructional materials, multimedia, supplementary resources, and assessments to support successful, effective teaching and the achievement of student outcomes. As a member of the school-dedicated team, the content developer will work with teachers and administrators to identify and prioritize school needs, develop their solutions, and test, validate, and deliver the solutions to our school customers.
