Sales Operations Analyst - Campaign Management

LOCATION: Remote U.S. locations

OVERVIEW:

You will plan, track, and optimize digital media campaigns including standard display, high impact display, email, offline, and content integration. You will partner with Sales for upsell opportunities. You will manage monthly billing and quarterly campaign performance updates. This is an individual contributor role. You will report to the Manager, Sales Operations.

RESPONSIBLTIES

+ Manage advertising campaigns from campaign launch to campaign end.

+ Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to develop media plans that target client KPIs.

+ Attend to client/agency asks as the day-to-day advertising contact.

+ Update internal systems (calendars, OMS, and tracker) with booked business.

+ Track campaign pacing based on booked business using first-party, third-party, and fourth-party numbers.

+ Partner with Sales team to adjust active campaigns by presenting upsell or reallocation opportunities.

+ Engage with the Sales, Operations, and Product teams to determine the best implementations and reasonable schedules for completing campaign changes.

+ Maintain excellent relationships with Ad Product and Email teams to provide feedback on performance, which will guide strategy and ad product improvements.

+ Manage and communicate project schedules, goals, and dependencies.

+ Report status to senior leadership.

+ Communicate relevant findings to non-technical audience in clear and concise language.

+ Prioritize projects and manage customer expectations while balancing competing opportunities.

+ Build relationships with Marketing (data analytics and audience development).

+ Assist with monthly billing / delivery reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Experience:

+ 1+ years of digital campaign management or related experience

+ Understanding of digital advertising and content integration capabilities

+ Understanding of campaign metrics

+ Math skills (simple algebra) to gain insights and make recommendations

+ Ability to prioritize and work over multiple workstreams sometimes with overlapping priorities and deadlines

+ Collaboration with team members and navigation across a matrixed environment

+ Providing direction to vendors and updates to clients

Preferred:

+ Experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Adobe Audience Manager, IQVIA, or similar tools.

+ Experience in healthcare/medical sector

+ Experience with online and offline products.

TRAVEL: <10%
