Job Summary

Provides a broad level of human resources administrative functions in support of the HR Service Delivery team. Carries out the responsibilities associated with the day-to-day operations of some, or all human resources functions related to HR and business programs, data collection/distribution, portfolio management, and policy/process revisions.

Job Responsibilities

+ Responds to routine inquiries within the HR functional area team(s).

+ Researches, collects and analyzes data, recommends, and implements approved HR procedures/processes/practices that support the delivery of effective HR support to the business.

+ Collaborates effectively with others in order to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables within theHR functional area(s) in order to develop credibility. Integrates efficiently with team members inthe functional area(s), seeking input/assistance as needed.

+ Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks.

+ Portrays a positive, professional, customer and delivery orientated image of the company. Seeksto drive results and beneficial outcomes for the HR Service Delivery team(s) and partneringgroups.

+ Ensures that all company policies and procedures are adhered to / in compliance with allapplicable Federal, state, and/or municipal laws. Understands HIPAA policy and practice toensure confidential employee information is protected.

+ Strives to gather and share information to allow for transparent knowledge transfer and effectiveoverall capability of the HR Service Delivery team.

+ Maintains knowledge of project management principles to provide support to business and HRprograms.

+ Handles escalated situations tactfully, driving decisions through data and quality metrics andpartnering with the business.

+ Participates in internal and external meetings as needed

External Basic Qualifications:

+ High School/GED at least 2 years (BA is PQ only) of administrative, customer service, or humanresources experience.

+ Experience coordinating and scheduling multiple events simultaneously/

+ Basic level skill in Microsoft Office Suite (including application such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word,and Teams).

+ Willing to travel up to/at least 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 1year administrative experience in a corporate environment OR ahigh school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.

+ One year of experience in a corporate human resource setting

+ Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
