The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions.

Job Functions:

+ Provides exceptional Customer service to patients, insurance, and clients.

+ Collects patient payments, other duties as assigned.

+ Ability to interpret insurance payments and correspondence.

+ Responds to internal and patient inquiries.

+ Ability to process billing records within set timeframe.

+ Meets departmental quality and production standards.

+ Works in a team setting environment.

+ Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.

+ Meets and exceeds performance expectations and completes work within the required time frames.

+ Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards but has some latitude over prioritization/timing.

+ Follows standard policies/practices. Works in a team setting environment.

Required Qualifications

+ 2-year experience in customer service working in the medical field

+ Experience in MS Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Access

+ Organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Fluent in Spanish

+ Experience with ECW (e-Clinical Works)

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
