About this role
Mid-Level professional with solid BAS knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.
+ Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Responsible for the overall successful financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and installation cost re-estimation.
+ Manage the delivery of the contracted scope, within budget and secure change orders for all scope expansion.
+ Order and coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.
+ Manage relationships with and issues subcontracts to sub-contractors, identifying execution issues, and taking appropriate corrective action to remedy them.
Basic Qualifications
+ HS Diploma or GED
+ 2+ years of Project Management Experience
+ 2+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry
+ 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
+ Clean and valid driver’s license
+ Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in building HVAC with a focus on building automation controls (3- or 4-year program)
+ PMP Certification
+ Ability to lead and motivate teams
+ Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
+ Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
+ Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines
