The starting wage for this role is $21.26b per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). 2nd Shift 2pm to 10 pm Responsible for leading and coordinating activities and operations of production as far as batching duties. Responsible for overseeing the preparation and batch setups utilizing Part-Bags, Full Bags, and Replenshisments of the daily scheduled batches. This is accomplished by following formulas and procedures to ensure that all batches meet Quality Assurance compliance. Assign personnel and determine proper use of equipment to achieve completion of the production schedule. Responsible for teaching and monitoring housekeeping and GMP’s within assigned area. Effectively communicate information from upper management to hourly workforce. Communicate concerns, suggestions and information from employees to upper management. Ensure all safety rules are taught, and enforced, identify and take appropriate corrective actions on any potential safety hazards. Ensure batching records are properly filled out on a timely basis. Interact with purchasing, scheduling, quality control, maintenance, packaging, and warehouse departments in order to ensure an orderly work-flow.What You’ll Need To Be Successful And Safe
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Able to bend, stand, stoop, twist, turn and lift up to 50 lbs.
+ SAP is preferred
