Job Title: Microarray Associate I
Job Description
As a Microarray Associate I, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring microarray machinery to ensure high-quality product output. Your daily tasks will include changing over and troubleshooting microarrayers, conducting routine quality inspection checks such as integrity testing and visual inspections, and maintaining cleanliness in the lab. You will also be tasked with identifying and rejecting defective products during quality checks and communicating these issues with the management team.
- Setup machines (microarrayers, change over, troubleshooting, reject/defective products for daily operations to run and produce products)
- Monitor product for quality output using PLC controls, routine quality inspection checks, integrity testing, visual inspections etc.
- Reject product for defect during quality check and notify management team.
- Follow daily and weekly lab cleaning routines
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Medical Technology related field required
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in a Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Medical Technology related industry required including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) /GDP (Good Documentation Practice) environment.
