We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Product Security Architecture and Secure Development team. This critical role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of secure product and solution architectures, ensuring secure development practices, and working with emerging technologies to enhance security measures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, extensive experience in security architecture, and a CISSP certification. ***Location: Remote United States or Remote Canada

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the development and maintenance of secure reference architectures for all products and solutions.

+ Assess current architectures and provide recommendations for security improvements.

+ Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure coding practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

+ Develop and deliver secure code training programs for development teams.

+ Implement and manage development security checkpoints and checklists.

+ Oversee patch management processes, ensuring timely and secure code updates.

+ Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to potential security improvements.

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and senior leadership.

+ Contribute to the overall security strategy and initiatives of the Product Security organization.

+ Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

+ Encourages cooperation among managers and business, leading by example

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

+ 12+ years of IT experience.

+ Security experience.

+ 5+ years of leading/management experience.

+ Experience in product and solutions security, including penetration testing, threat and vulnerability management, and incident detection.

+ Strong experience and knowledge of security principles, practices, and frameworks.

+ Experience with security testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

+ Experience with vulnerability programs and managing relationships with vendors is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Advanced Degree preferred.

+ Demonstrated leadership abilities, including managing teams and driving security initiatives across an organization.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize risks and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.

+ Familiarity with agile development methodologies and security integration within the software development lifecycle.

+ Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIA are a plus.

Salary: USD 150400.00 – USD 225600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
