Entry Level Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an Entry Level Maintenance Technician and play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our food processing facility. You will engage in both preventative maintenance and active troubleshooting/repairing of our high-speed packaging and chicken shaping equipment including sizing, hopping, splitting, and other processes for frozen, chilled, or partially fried chicken products. This role requires working both mechanically and electrically, including interaction with electrical panels and systems up to 480v, with a mechanical to electrical work ratio of 70-30%. You will ensure that all maintenance activities support the facility’s continuous production under strict health and safety standards.
Hard Skills
+ Experience with high-speed packaging equipment
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems
+ Familiarity with 480v and other electrical systems
