As an Specialist, SEO, you will play a pivotal role in improving our online presence, increasing website traffic, and driving organic rankings through all aspects of search engine optimization techniques.

This position is virtual/remote which means the work can be completed from anywhere is the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify valuable B2B keywords and phrases that align with our business goals.

+ On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and page structures, for improved search engine visibility and rankings.

+ Technical SEO: Perform technical audits of websites to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and site performance.

+ Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources in the B2B industry.

+ Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and create new, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.

+ Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.

+ Analytics: Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to measure the impact of SEO efforts.

+ Reporting: Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

+ Algorithm Updates : Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting SEO strategies accordingly.

+ Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad technologies and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

RELATIONSHIPS

+ Internal: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, IT, website development, and other business owners to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and campaigns.

WORK ENVIRONMENT (Select one)

+ Remote : This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in the B2B industry.

+ Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

+ Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.

+ Excellent knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

+ Content optimization skills and the ability to work closely with content creators.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING

+ Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics a plus

The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $64,700 and $86,300. In New York City, the expected compensation for this role is between $72,100 and $96,100. In California and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $68,500 and $91,300. This role is also eligible for annual incentive plan bonus. Benefits for this role include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
