Job Title: Building Maintenance

Location: Fairbury, IL

Pay Range: $23.00- $25.00/hour based on experience

What’s the Job?

+ AC Filter Changes

+ Light Changes

+ Small engine type work – upkeep on snow blower, daily inspections on forklifts, etc

+ PM on machines, chip conveyors, cranes, crane inspections, magnet program

+ Safety Auditor/ completions of Audit results

What’s Needed?

+ Building maintenance experience is required.

+ Strong understanding of building maintenance and safety protocols

+ Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

+ Attention to detail and focus on safety.
