Job Description
30 hours a week -Production Coordinator Onsite
Work Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7 am- 5:45 pm. 30 Hours per week (Flexible)
The Production coordinator monitors workflow between Chicago and Remote Data Entry sites to ensure client deadlines are being met. Coordinates work assignments of one or multiple processing teams performing functions of moderate to high levels of complexity, risk, and technology, ensuring deadlines/volume goals are met. Utilizes excellent processing knowledge in resolving routine problems, assisting management with complex problem resolution, and providing simple customer consultative support as well as technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
+ Assign and prioritize work and manage workflow to make sure Client deadlines are met.
+ Monitor work queue in TMS Spoke.
+ Analyze/resolve routine production problems and assist manager with complex/large scope problem resolution.
+ Perform complex, unit-specific functions and serve as processor back-up as needed. Opening, association, keying, etc.
+ Assist in resolving technical problems that arise on the shift (service calls for Hardware and Software)
+ Perform Manual Cutoffs
+ Daily Health checks of Production Applications or System (RDE, CDS, and TMS).
+ Performs Retail keying up to Cutoff status and generates all necessary reports at completion.

+ Strong ability to investigate and resolve routine issues independently.
+ Serve as a problem-solving resource for the unit’s processing staff.
+ Ability to handle more complex issues with some management guidance, offering manager potential solutions and assisting in resolution as required.
+ Ability to identify potential risk and take appropriate action.
+ Displays high level of commitment; results oriented.
+ Possesses strong leadership and teamwork skills and sound judgment.
+ Ability to assist in motivating a team to achieve desired results.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $22 hourly.
