A Brief OverviewContributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.What you will do

+ Leads the digital product management team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to drive the successful execution of digital product initiatives.

+ Defines and communicates the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital product portfolio, aligning them with business objectives and market opportunities.

+ Manages the prioritization and allocation of resources, budgets, and timelines to effectively execute digital product initiatives.

+ Oversees the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

+ Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and drive innovative digital solutions.

+ Communicates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

+ Allocates resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize product features and user experience.

+ Mentors and develops team members, fostering their growth and providing support in areas such as product strategy, product development, and stakeholder management.

+ Advocates for the digital product portfolio internally and externally, building relationships, presenting to stakeholders, and promoting the value of digital products.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

+ 10+ years work experience

+ Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills

+ Mastery of collaboration and teamwork

+ Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

+ Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

+ Mastery of business intelligence

+ Strong story telling and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong Technical experience in digital engineering and / or analytics

+ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience

+ Top tier management consulting experience

Education

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$144,200.00 – $288,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
