Position Summary

+ This includes verifying/reverifying benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system .

+ Communicating and collecting copay amounts. Obtaining authorizations/re-authorizations/ and screening.

+ Identifying , resolving, or differing orders that have accounts receivable or clinical problems.

+ This individual works with both internal and external customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and meet all financial and clinical requirements prior to fulfillment.

+ Will also assist with Pharmacy related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Must already be a PSR II Experience with insurance/health care background plus Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 – $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
