We’re looking for a creative and visually inspiring Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for various digital platforms. You’ll be the visual voice of Medtronic, shaping how we connect with a growing consumer audience. If you’re passionate about design, possess strong organizational skills, and can translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, this may be the perfect role for you. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners, become an expert on a specific consumer audience segment, and join a team making a real impact.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Conceptualizes, designs, and executes visual content (static/motion) for marketing, advertising, and social campaigns, aligned with marketing strategies.

+ Creates clear and visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint documents) for internal communication and team alignment.

+ Analyzes and refines visual components of promotional or advertising programs to optimize effectiveness.

+ Prepares and finalizes high-quality graphic assets for promotional materials.

+ Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute creative campaigns.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant graphic design experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Nice to Have

+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Motion Design.

+ Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, PowerPoint).

+ Experience translating complex information into clear and engaging visuals for diverse audiences.

+ Strong understanding of visual trends and ability to apply them to create innovative designs

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual experiences.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$61,600.00 – $92,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
