Insight Gobal’s client is looking for a Business Analyst to support one of their Core Pods. They will be supporting customer facing work, including ordering and post ordering touch points. They are looking for someone who is proactive, doesnt need their hand held. Ability to ask questions, ask the why behind things. Responsible for writing the user stories, manage the backlog and use that in such a way that they are checking the integrity of the requirements, writing out test case scenario for their own features.

Skills and Requirements

-6-10 years of experience of a Business Analyst

-Digital facing experience

-Ecommerce experience on a B2C type of website

-JIRA or ADO for product tracking

-Agile

-Writing out test case scenario for their own features.

Scrum Master or acting asa scrum master in the past, or acting in role OR certified CSM – CSPO -Adobe Analytics or related tool that would be helpful

-Dynatrace

-Masters null
